The 37 Interactive Entertainment Global HQ stands out for its comprehensive use of modules in plan and elevation design. The building's design is adapted to the climate of the Lingnan region in China. A modular façade system on the exterior of the building ensures sufficient natural lighting while reducing solar radiation and controlling energy usage efficiently. The variation in density creates a graceful effect on the building facades, enhancing the building’s energy performance while adding aesthetic charm.

Flexibility is a key feature of the design. Office modules, conference modules, event modules, and more are formulated within a standard rectangular box space. These modules can be adjusted for different scenarios on typical floors, meeting the need for spatial flexibility of the corporate and making it possible to switch between functions irregularly.

The design is a product of sincere respect for and in-depth interpretation of 37 Interactive Entertainment’s corporate culture. The exterior curtain wall system is both recognizable and functional, bearing the core value of the corporate. Despite the challenges of balancing architectural form and usage efficiency, the design team managed to address core MEP systems such as HVAC and elevator. The comprehensive use of modules in plan and elevation design helped reduce construction time and cost while maintaining the quality of works. The design concept echoes and resonates with the corporate culture of 37 Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Group, creating a future-oriented, people-oriented, lively, and interesting space for this headquarters office environment.
